The CP2102-GMR is a highly-integrated single-chip USB to UART bridge controller from Silicon Labs. It includes the USB 2.0 Full Speed function controller, USB transceiver, oscillator and UART in one QFN-28 package with no external crystal, providing the simplest USB to serial solution.
